"After having my first child I needed a personal trainer that was going to understand my needs not just the changes I wanted to make!"

Why did you want to start exercising?

I had gained a lot of weight during pregnancy and wanted help to try and lose it, but also to regain strength in my stomach muscles and close my diastasis recti. I was really lacking confidence and didn’t believe I would be able to do it with a young baby/being unsure how to do it.

When did you start personal training with Sophie at Glutes & Gut Fitness Ipswich?

I first started personal training with Sophie at Glutes & Gut Fitness’ private gym 10 weeks after the birth of my first baby.

How did personal training at Glutes & Gut Fitness Ipswich improve your physical health?

I had always struggled to lose a few pounds - let alone anything more significant! - Fast forward a couple months and I lost my first stone - all thanks to Sophie - she is knowledgeable, motivating but also so supportive too, particularly when there were a couple weeks where I hadn’t made the progress I wanted too.

How did personal training at Glutes & Gut Fitness Ipswich improve your mental health?

I was really lacking confidence before training with Sophie, now I feel fresh, confident in myself and appearance and inspired to stay on track to a healthy and improved lifestyle.

Did you achieve your desired goals training with Glutes & Gut Fitness Ipswich?

Yes, and so much more!

Do you think the lifestyle and health changes that you have learned with Glutes & Gut Fitness are sustainable?

Yes, and being part of the Glutes & Gut Fitness Ipswich WhatsApp group of like-minded individuals continually motivates to sustain my new and improved lifestyle.

Would you recommend Glutes & Gut Fitness Ipswich as a personal training provider and private gym?

I genuinely cannot thank Sophie enough - she has made me realise I can keep on track whilst living my life and helped form habits that I will continue even once I have reached my weight goal.

Cannot recommend her enough!
