1-1 Personal Training:
What age ranges do you provide 1-1 Personal training sessions for?
1-1 sessions are for 18 years of age to senior. If you are fit enough to train, we will train you happily!
Can you guarantee results?
I am here to educate, motivate and guide you along your journey. As long as you are 100% committed, dedicated and engage in what is asked of you, you will absolutely reach your desired goals!
How many sessions do you recommend a week?
We recommend 2 to 3 sessions a week and depending on your progression and desired goals, we may recommend additional sessions. This is totally up to you.
What is the advantage of training with a G&G fitness Personal trainer?
One of the main benefits of hiring a G&G Fitness personal trainer is that they can inform you about all facets of fitness, health, and exercise. Having a clear understanding of what is necessary for you to achieve your fitness objectives is immensely empowering because knowledge truly is power.
Can I train with a friend or partner?
Absolutely yes. We provide 2-1 sessions which are a great way to train and save a few pennies. You can book these sessions through our website.
2-1 Personal Training
Are your Personal trainers fully qualified and able to provide certification?
Absolutely yes, we are fully qualified and provide fully insured services and facilities. All our Personal trainers are Level 3 PT's with REPS with a combined 30 years of experience. Upon request we'd be more than happy to show you our certification.
My mum is not as fit as what I am, is it still possible to train together?
Yes of course! We can modify our 2-1 personal training sessions to accommodate each individuals fitness levels without losing the 'training partner' feel to the session
What if one of us cannot make it to the session?
We have a cancellation policy which you can find on our website and we will explain to you on your session..
I lack motivation and so does my friend, can you ensure that you will keep us going?
Yes! This is our job. The biggest step is the first step, once you both arrive at your 2-1 personal training session with us, we will motivate you to achieve your desired goals.
We both have injuries, would you still be able to train us?
This is something that will be discussed in the initial consultation. However, if your injury has been cleared by your Doctor post injury, then our Personal trainers would be more than happy to train you.
Outdoor Bootcamp
Where does the outdoor Bootcamp take place ?
We hold our outdoor Bootcamp sessions at Chantry Park, Ipswich. Free parking is available if you're driving.
How long does an outdoor Bootcamp session last?
Our outdoor bootcamp sessions are 45 minute blasts between 06.30-07.15 every Friday morning, be there or be square.
Can anyone join in on your outdoor Bootcamp sessions?
Our outdoor Bootcamp sessions are for all abilities and fitness levels. We have beginners to advanced participants ranging from youngsters to seniors, everybody is welcome!
These are a great way to meet new friends and like minded individuals!
How much are outdoor Bootcamp sessions?
Outdoor Bootcamp sessions run in 5 week blocks. To book for 5 weeks costs £50.00.
If all of the spaces are not filled for any particular date, you will be able to purchase individual outoor bootcamp sessions on a pay as you go basis for £15.00 per session.
What does the outdoor Bootcamp session consist of?
Our outdoor Bootcamp will progress your strength, fitness and stamina over the course 5 weeks/sessions.
Each outdoor bootcamp session includes a warm up, HIIT circuit and core cool down.
All equipment and free parking is provided.
Indoor Bootcamp
Where does the indoor Bootcamp take place ?
We hold our indoor Bootcamp sessions at St Francis Church Hall, Hawthorne drive, Ipswich. Free parking is available if you're driving.
How long does an indoor Bootcamp session last?
Our indoor bootcamp sessions are 45 minute blasts between 06.30-07.15 every Monday morning, be there or be square.
Can anyone join in on your indoor Bootcamp sessions?
Our Bootcamp sessions are for all abilities and fitness levels. We have beginners to advanced participants ranging from youngsters to seniors, everybody is welcome!
These are a great way to meet new friends and like minded individuals!

Antenatal
I have just fallen pregnant, can I start training with you?
If you have been active before your pregnancy you can exercise and we would be happy to train you, however the exercise programme we provide would be tailored to you becoming a new mum and would be a lot different to what you are probably used to in terms of exercise routine.
How many training sessions do you recommend whilst pregnant?
We would recommend 2 to 3 30 minute sessions to begin with and based on how far pregnant you are we would look to decrease this when we feel the time is right to.
Can you come to me and train me in my own home?
Yes, however additional charges will apply to factor in the time and travel for our PTs.
When should I stop training during my pregnancy?
Generally, you should stop exercising immediately if you feel unwell or are in pain. Listen to your body and always tell your midwife or doctor if you’re worried about any pain or discomfort.
Postnatal
How long after given birth can I begin exercising with you?
If you have given birth naturally you will have needed to have completed your 6-week Doctor's check.
If you have given birth by emergency C-section this time could be longer, again you will need to complete your 6-week Doctor's check and take onboard their advice in regards to beginning exercise again.
How many training sessions do you recommend after giving birth?
We would recommend 2 to 3 30 minute sessions to begin with and based on progress we would look to increase this when we feel the time is right to.
Can you come to me and train me in my own home?
Yes, however additional charges will apply to factor in the time and travel for our PTs.
Am I able to bring my baby to the training session?
Of course, you are more than welcome to bring your baby. Are facilities are safe and baby friendly, or if you prefer we can come to you (additional charges do apply).
