Why did you want to start exercising?
My journey started on the 21st June '22. I was in a total rut with my eating, my fitness & I was also going through the menopause. I heard about Sophie through a friend & thought, this sounds like my sort of thing, one to one.

A year on & I am now 2 1/2 stone lighter & I have lost 30ins off my body.
