Why did you want to start exercising?

I started to lose weight but i knew i needed to get my body moving which i use to find very hard to do..i knew Sophie would make me accountable and provide motivation to keep me on the right tracks.

When did you start personal training with Sophie at Glutes & Gut Fitness Ipswich?

I started training with Sophie in october 2022. Each training session pushes me to my full ability but is also super fun. 

How did personal training at Glutes & Gut Fitness Ipswich improve your physical health?

I have lost 3 stone since working with G&G fitness.

How did personal training at Glutes & Gut Fitness Ipswich improve your mental health?

i able to walk further then i ever done before, i am pushing myself out of my comfort zone and experimenting with different types of group classes from water aerobics to zumba, this is something i would never imagined doing before working with sophie.

Did you achieve your desired goals training with Glutes & Gut Fitness Ipswich?

Yes!

Do you think the lifestyle and health changes that you have learned with Glutes & Gut Fitness are sustainable?

yes very sustainable, with a non restrictive food plan it alows me to enjoy my nutrition rather than see food as a diet. Not only am i enjoying my session but I also have support from the other ladies on there journey and that makes it that bit easier.

Would you recommend Glutes & Gut Fitness Ipswich as a personal training provider and private gym?

YES one million per cent recommend G&G fitness. I’d like to say massive thank you to Sophie for helping along my journey and being my own personal cheerleader.
