45 minute sessions planned around HIIT training, our bootcamps push towards the tightening & toning of muscles as well as encouraging fat loss and increased metabolic activity, allowing individuals to burn calories long after their session has finished. G&G fitness bootcamps involve both individual & partner based exercises for all abilities using both bodyweight & fitness equipment. Known overall as Ipswich's outstanding and inclusive fitness experience, weather permitted these are held indoors and outdoors our bootcamp sessions are a fun & affordable way to improve health & fitness levels for everyone!

Here are 3 key components to our indoor Bootcamp sessions:

Intervals

One of the finest ways to get fit, burn calories, and quickly lose body fat is through interval training. Interval training is a key component of bootcamp programs, so anticipate sprinting or running (depending on your skill level) interspersed with activities like skipping, boxing, leaping, and plyometrics.

Bodyweight Exercise

Due to the reduced amount of equipment in bootcamp programs, you will have to rely on your own bodyweight for resistance. Expect to perform exercises like walking lunges, press-ups, planks, and sit-ups using only your own body weight. You will always have the choice to scale exercises up or down, and you will be urged to work at your own pace (while improving each week, of course!).

Resistance

Our Bootcamp instructors know that weight training is crucial if you want to reduce fat and tone up. Despite the fact that you won't be utilising barbells or gym equipment, you should anticipate doing resistance training in a bootcamp session. Exercises using your own body weight will be essential, but you can also add weight to your routine with resistance bands or modest hand weights.

Where does the indoor Bootcamp take place ?

We hold our indoor Bootcamp sessions at St Francis Church Hall, Hawthorne drive, Ipswich. Free parking is available if you're driving.

How long does an indoor Bootcamp session last?

Our indoor bootcamp sessions are 45 minute blasts between 06.30-07.15 every Monday morning, be there or be square.

Can anyone join in on your indoor Bootcamp sessions?

Our Bootcamp sessions are for all abilities and fitness levels. We have beginners to advanced participants ranging from youngsters to seniors, everybody is welcome! 

These are a great way to meet new friends and like minded individuals!

How much are indoor Bootcamp sessions?

Indoor Bootcamp sessions run in 5 week blocks. To book for 5 weeks costs £50.00.

If all of the spaces are not filled for any particular date, you will be able to purchase indicual indoor bootcamp sessions on a pay as you go basis for £15.00 per session. 

What does the indoor Bootcamp session consist of?

Our indoor Bootcamp will progress your strength, fitness and stamina over the course 5 weeks/sessions.

Each indoor bootcamp session includes a warm up, HIIT circuit and core cool down.

All equipment and free parking is provided.

Deposits

You are required to pay a non-refundable 20% deposit to secure bookings for ALL of our services.

At G&G Fitness we operate a strict  no refund policy, which means that any transaction that is processed through our website will NOT be refunded. Please avoid this by taking extra care when booking one of our services.
